Chef Isabelle Tremblay

The Dock Kitchen

Tidal Table
The most exclusive dining experience in the Great Outdoor Adventure Company portfolio. A maximum of twelve guests gather each evening for a seafood-forward menu built around the morning's catch: Dungeness crab, spot prawns, Pacific salmon, and sea urchin harvested from the waters surrounding the island.
Chef Yuki Tanaka
Chef Tanaka trained in Tokyo and San Sebastián before discovering the extraordinary bounty of BC's coastal waters. Her cooking bridges Japanese precision with the wild abundance of the Pacific Northwest.
